Dem Wacky Judges

While our organization focuses on the judicial nominations process, there can be no doubt that the results of allowing out-of-control activist judges onto the bench should be examined as well. Unfortunately, there is no shortage of examples of judges who do, say or write either outrageous, damaging or just plain old wacky things. 'Dem Wacky Judges' will attempt to chronicle the hijinks of these robed oligarchs. If we have enough space on the server, that is. We also highly encourage you, the long-suffering taxpaying public, to submit stories that you stumble across as well. After all, we are all in this together.
